This year I plan on inspiring you to be your best self. What if this could happen! What if I could lead you to discover your best self? If you are not sure.....keep reading. It might sound scary to even think about, but what if you could move forward with some guidance. We are all travelling along a path in every direction, but we all want many of the same things.
Let me start by telling you what I want and how I strive to be my Best Self. I want to spend the rest of my life as active and healthy as I can be. I'm not sure how long that will be, but I plan on another 30-40 years on this planet. That means each day I need to get up and get moving. I need to eat good food and I need to take supplements each day to support this lifestyle. They say a habit take 21 days to make a difference. These are my habits daily. It feels good to be active. I want to this for you. I want to get you on your way to Your Best Self in 2018.
Think about where you are at right now in your life. Do you have the energy you want? Do you think maybe dropping a few pounds will help? Do you need support? I am here and have started this website because I've struggled with these issues for most of my life. I do have those days like everyone else where I sleep in and don't want to exercise or eat the wrong thing, but that's life. Trust me when I say I understand.
I know there are many programs out there that we are bombarded with daily via TV and internet. It can be overwhelming and we can feel overloaded.
